Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be charged for reshipping.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@swankyzbrand.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
